Current Opportunities
Outreach Workers
Our outreach team is on the front lines every day, connecting directly with individuals experiencing homelessness. Outreach workers provide essential support, resources, and referrals — building trust and helping clients access the services they need to rebuild their lives.
Social Workers
Our social workers provide personalized case management and guidance, helping clients navigate healthcare, legal, and housing systems. They are compassionate advocates who walk alongside clients throughout their journey toward stability and independence.
Housing Navigators / Counselors
Housing navigators coordinate rapid rehousing and homelessness prevention services. They help clients secure safe, stable housing by assisting with housing searches, landlord communication, and ongoing case support for those who qualify for assistance.
Grant Writers
Our grant writers play a vital role in sustaining and expanding our programs. They research funding opportunities, prepare compelling proposals, and work closely with our leadership team to ensure that HDLC can continue to serve our community with excellence.
